Prenatal Childbirth Class

In our prenatal childbirth education class, we explore the stages of birth, what the variety of “norms” looks like, normal birth, coping techniques, and interventions.

This class is taught live through zoom, so you can ask your questions as you go through the class.

We will discuss your hopes and dreams, as well as your anxieties and fears. This class follows a curriculum, but is candid and fun. I mean, who doesn’t worry about “pooping on the table”? You won’t want to miss this one!
